Gonenç Uyanik is an Istanbul-based director who specializes in Commercials and Dramas looking to tell sincere & realistic stories with fresh & epic shots.

He has been directing commercials since 2011 in the Turkish, European and Middle East markets and has directed for many Global brands like Coca-Cola, Pepsi, P&G, Hyundai, ING, Netflix, Vodafone, Ikea, Microsoft, Cornetto, and Beko among others.

While working on commercial projects, Gonenç also directed the two first Netflix Original TV Shows produced in Turkey:The Protector (2018) & The Gift (2019)

Gonenç is energetic & hardwoking. He is always in search of new challanges, new styles and finding creative working processes which encourage him to push the limits and try different shooting & editing methods.
